The 2020 Leadership Southern Maryland Yearbook & Directory will be showing up in mailboxes within the next several days.  This year's book commemorates the flexible and resilient classes of the 2020 Executive and Emerging Leaders programs.  A huge thank you to the talented Jonna Jones LSM'17 for creating this year's design!

Lauryn Paradis is the digital marketing intern for Leadership Southern Maryland. She is a junior at Towson University studying mass communication. She recently earned her associate's degree in media studies from the College of Southern Maryland.

Paradis currently works at Precise Systems as a junior human resources specialist. Her father is a retired United States Navy helicopter pilot, so she moved around quite a bit when she was younger. Even though she's not originally from Southern Maryland, this is the place she has lived the longest and now happily calls home. Paradis loves the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and the community of people she calls friends, co-workers, and neighbors.

Outside of work, Paradis enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, writing, singing, and going to movies. She is very excited to be part of the team and looks forward to working with everyone at LSM!

With the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccines, LSM grads and current class members are leading the way to get shots in arms. Thanks to all of our front-line and essential workers who continue to tackle the pandemic head on!

The LSM website is getting a makeover!  The new design should be up and running next month, just in time for the Executive Program nomination season.  Be sure to nominate a deserving candidate and check out our new look beginning February 1st.  You'll also find latest news, golf tournament info, and more!

As a result of the governor’s order placing strict limitations on the size of gatherings, LSM is continuing to suspend programming for our class members' and friends' health and safety. While we would love to see each other in person, the current COVID crisis will not allow this to happen right now. Stay safe and stay tuned.
